New old stock 5" Jemca  interior mirror head. As fitted to many cars including Triumphs. Grey plastic head with fitting nut. Head carefully press fits onto existing stem with 1/2" ball and the nut tightens the joint.

Slightly smaller than the very early MGB GT heads, but an ideal replacement or would fit many other makes and models.
